The Observer – Life as a Male Escort
The Observer Newspaper Magazine inside the paper out 31.08.2014 with a 4 page profile spread.
This profile written by and photographs taken Will Storr was in the works for close to 2 years around the time I had commitments while doing the BBC Documentary. Both were completed a few months before being published.
Some of what’s written has changed in that time, with all the recent press covering some of that, it’s cool to have a look back at my life before escorting with a different type of article.
I hope you enjoy reading my story of my past to this point as told by Will.
It caused a bit of a stir leading to a front page story on a newspaper in South Wales accusing me and the writer of dissing my own hometown which wasn’t the case. The same things can be said of any small town that doesn’t get the investment it needs.
* I was full of flu doing this shoot in the middle of winter in the cold and rain. These are not my best pics so I added a Gallery to the Just Some Pics blog of pics I took the other day a few amateur snapshots until I get time to get back in the studio 🙂

The South Wales Guardian
Cover and page 3 while a NATO conference is in South Wales!
See my reaction on my facebook page before the totally misleading headline from the South Wales Guardian. The story they wrote was about the journalist Will Storr and me apparently saying my hometown is hopeless.
They even deleted out parts of the article when mentioning about stores closing down they removed Sugar & Spice from the quotes which has since closed down.
The councilor slating the article asked Will to speak to local people, he spoke to my dad and brother and friends which is where most of the quotes about my town came from.
Everything I said about my hometown was true of so many places in the UK outside of and even some in the South East. Lack of investment created that fact don’t be mad because someone said what everyone already knows, get busy building something better and calling in investment.
